It is with great pleasure we announce that Midfielder Kris Lowe has signed a further two year extension to his current Swifts contract. This will see Lowe remain a Swifts player until the 2018 season.
Kris has came through the ranks of Dungannon United Youth and into the senior panel where he has been for the past few seasons.
First Team Head Coach Rodney McAree is delighted with Kris agreeing his new deal;
“Kris is a very good young player, who has the capabilities of going on to be a top Irish League footballer. His progression and his development this past while have been fantastic and hopefully he can continue to build on that and become a very good midfielder in years to come.”
Kris is the third Swifts player to agree a two year extension in the last week. ( Paul McElroy and Dougie Wilson).
Congratulations Kris, from all at DSFC.

Dungannon Swift FC would like to make the following statement regarding some inaccurate claims made following our recent match.
During the first half of our game v Dollingstown two people were found in a restricted area watching the game. It was ascertained that neither of these people had paid to gain entry to the game. It was also noted that one of the two had already been banned from Stangmore Park for an incident at a previous match. Both of these people where then asked to leave the stadium in accordance with the stadium regulations of Dungannon Swifts FC.
Dungannon Swifts FC will not be making any further comment on the matter.
